This web site aims to provide a vast library drawings and designs of various types of wrought iron work, freely available for viewing over the internet. Until now we believe that should you have been searching the internet for designs, for gates or railings, your choice would have been rather limited, a few different ones here and a few there. Nothing where you could find, hundreds if not thousands of drawings in one place

We aim to change that and eventually we should host over 5000 different designs for various forms of wrought ironwork, undoubtedly the majority of those we currently have are for gates and railings. we intend to expand our drawing library to include wrought iron beds, headboards, tables, chairs, benches, curtain poles as well as weather vanes, fire baskets, canopies and fire side tools.

The original idea was to host these drawings on my own blacksmith's web site, but we decided it would be far better as a stand alone web site. Allow the public and more so other blacksmiths and quality wrought iron workers to use this site as a resource library for their clients to view.

This site is currently under construction, although the basic design of the site is here, it needs a little brightening up and any mistakes correcting. Our task at hand now is to begin the conversion process, to change the drawings from a basic wire type drawing to a picture that is suitable to display on the web, unfortunately this is the slow part. Over the next few months we will add drawings to this site, hopefully on a daily basis.

We are unable to provide any quotations for wrought iron work, all requests for quotations should be directed to your local blacksmith or wrought iron worker.

We may in the future add a blacksmiths directory. but for now i suggest you search google, with a search term such as wrought iron gates sussex, subsituting sussex for the locality where you are
